What is Feel Good Dance?
An empowerment dance class helping women reconnect to their bodies through sensual movement and play. Feel Good Dance is a body-led movement experience for women who want to reconnect with themselves through dance, rhythm, sensuality, and play.
Inspired by belly dance, twerk, somatics, hip circles, and intuitive movement, this class helps release stored tension while awakening confidence, creativity, and pleasure in the body.
This is not about perfection or performance β itβs about feeling good in your own skin. We dance to open the hips, awaken feminine energy, regulate the nervous system, express emotion, and remember the joy of being fully alive in our bodies.
Come as you are. No dance experience needed.Leave feeling empowered, alive, and feeling good.
Wear something comfortable to move in, yoga clothes work or something sensual and flowy. Just bring yourself and water. Expect good vibes and a fire playlist!

Jackie Rose is a Women's Hormone Health Enthusiast (soon to be practitioner:) and intuitive dancer. Her goal is show women that everyone can be a dancer and to dance like nobody's watching.
